The Three Ways River is the demarcation line between the realm of life and death, the only channel for ghosts to enter the Yellow Springs Road, and the task of Lao Cai, the ferryman of the Three Ways Ferry, is to transport the big ghosts and small ghosts to cross the Three Ways River. Because of an accidental car accident, I became Lao Cai's helper, traveling between the realms of life and death. Under Lao Cai's tutelage, while ferrying ghosts across the river, I was busy helping those unfulfilled ghosts fulfill their wishes in the realm of the living - of course, none of this was gratuitous. With my small life still intact, receiving a basic salary and earning extra money, I was enjoying the coziness of my life as a helper more and more.
